Free Organic Cereal Samples

When I first heard the term "organic" years ago, I did not think of it as good. I didn't know what it meant, but it did not sound good to me. Call me silly, but it the word sounded weird. Since then, I learned what is involved with a product being organic and I now try to buy, use and eat more products that are labeled as or certified as"organic".  What I have not tried yet is organic cereal.

Barbara's Bakery is a company that offers organic cereal. Not only do they carry organic cereal, they have organic snack bars, crackers, cookies, salty snacks and more. They are offering a free sample of organic cereal to those interested.

Want A Super Natural Home?

I recently finished Beth Greer's book titled "Super Natural Home". I cannot express how much I LOVE this book. While I did take my time reading this book, I made sure to read every sentence on every page. This is one of those books I am going to keep handy. Beth discusses all sorts of different ways you can make small changes in your life to be more healthy. There was things I learned that I never would have thought of. I also was able to put a smile on my face when I realized I was already doing some of the things she mentioned in this book.

Are you trying to live a more healthier life? Check out my review on this book on my other blog.

Use Your Eco Shopping Bags At Target

I was reading today that when you use your reusable shopping bags at Target, you will receive a $.05 credit per bag you use. My local grocery store has this same policy so I am sure it is going to be something that more and more stores will start to offer in an effort to help go green.

I know 5 cents does not sound like too much, but it all your savings will eventually add up!
